Hi, my name is Dallas Woodard, and I am so glad you're here! I have been married to my wonderful husband for 5 years. We are currently dog parents to our Goldendoodle, Olive, but hoping our day comes that we are blessed with a healthy pregnancy.

 

I am the owner of Doula by Dallas LLC and a DONA-trained, certified doula and child birth educator. I am also an in-network Tricare Provider. I work in Columbus, MS, serving the local and surrounding areas; Starkville and West Point. ​

 

My passion for birth work came as a surprise when we moved to Columbus. The opportunity arose when another local doula was looking to train more doula's to serve the area. As a former teacher, I thought this was a great opportunity to use my passions to continue to educate and serve my community.  

 

My goal is to be involved in my community by educating and assisting women, and their spouse, to achieve the birth they desire. I believe every women should be able to have voice and choice in their pregnancy and birth. This includes the support and proper informed medical consent throughout pregnancy and labor. No woman should be in fear of labor, but rather see it as a natural process where pain has a purpose!
