Book a free, 30 minute, consultation to ensure I am able to support you the way you need. We can meet in person or over the phone, discussing your pregnancy and past births.
Developing a Birth Plan
I will assist you in creating your ideal birth plan. We will discuss the options you have and provide research based evidence so you can make the best decisions for you and you baby.

Comfort Measures
Working together with your spouse or birth support person, you will learn different comfort measures for labor. I will leave you with the knowledge so can practice and decide what works best for you.
In Labor Call
If you decide you need doula support while you're in labor, you can call me! I will be at the hospital in an hour, dependent on my availability and geographic location.
Child Birth Education
I will help educate you and your spouse or birth support on what happens during pregnancy and childbirth. I can also provide resources for further your childbirth knowledge.
